Last updated March 1, 2022. These Terms of Service describe the terms and conditions that govern your use of the Site (defined below), including its e-commerce function. Throughout these Terms of Service, Best Furry Friends, City-Pets and its affiliates are referred to as “Best Furry Friends”, “company” “we”, “us” or “our”. You are referred to as “you”, “customer”, or “your”.

General Rules

If you choose to use the Site or any of its features, including its e-commerce function, you will be agreeing to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service between you and Best Furry Friends. We may change, add or remove portions of these Terms of Service at any time. Any such changes shall become effective immediately upon posting. Therefore, it is your responsibility to review these Terms of Service prior to each use of the Site and by continuing to use the Site, you agree to any changes.

You must be 13 years or older to use the Site.

IF ANY OF THESE RULES OR ANY FUTURE CHANGES ARE UNACCEPTABLE TO YOU, YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE YOUR USE OF THE SITE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE NOW, OR FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF NOTICE OF ANY CHANGES TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, WILL INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH RULES AND CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS THERETO.

Returns and Refunds

Best Furry Friends products are high quality. We’re so confident that you will be delighted with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days if you have any concerns or are in any way unhappy with your purchase.

Returned items must be in original condition and packaging. Refunds will be made in the original payment method used at checkout. Best Furry Friends does not refund shipping fees and will only process a refund for the purchase price of the item. Return labels are only provided for orders which are defective. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a tracking number once the item has been returned. Best Furry Friends is not responsible for items lost in transit, damaged in the delivery process or not delivered to our return address.

We are unable to honor returns from third-party sellers for purchases made through unauthorized websites. Purchasing from third party sellers voids Best Furry Friends’ warranty because we cannot guarantee the condition of other sellers’ products. If you have purchased an item from one of these third party sellers, please contact the seller directly for information on its return and refund policy.

Shipping Info

Orders of in-stock items are typically processed within 1 business day. You will be notified if any item is out of stock. For orders placed after 4:00 PM Eastern Time, please add an additional business day for delivery.

Free Shipping on Orders $100 or more

Orders are shipped via FedEx within the contiguous United States only.
We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, Canada, Mexico or any other international addresses or military addresses.
We also do not ship to US Post Office boxes.
Please allow 5-9 business days for delivery.
Flat Rate Shipping
Orders under $100 will be shipped anywhere in the contiguous US for $9.95. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, Canada, Mexico or any other international addresses or military addresses. We do not ship to US Post Office boxes.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, Best Furry Friends does not offer expedited shipping.

International Orders

At this time, Best Furry Briends does not accept international orders. Shipments are only made to the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, any US Territories, Canada, Mexico or any other international addresses or military addresses. We do not ship to post office boxes.

Payments

By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products selected, as well as all shipping and handling charges and applicable taxes. We accept the following bank or credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. You may be charged state and local sales tax, if applicable. If your payment method is declined, we will attempt to re-process your charge. If we are unable to complete the transaction, Customer Care Services may contact you directly to update your account information. We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your bank or credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method including a mailed statement. The risk of loss and title for items purchased by you passes to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to shipping service investigation.

Order Cancellation

Best Furry Friends reserves the right, at any time, to refuse or cancel orders, even after you receive an order confirmation, and refund customers' money because of pricing errors, problems related to suspected credit or fraud issues, limitations of the availability of certain products, or for any other reason. Best Furry Friends reserves the right, including without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household, or per order for any reason. We will attempt to notify you should such limits be applied.

User-Generated Content

Opinions, advice, statements, offers, or other information or content made available through the Best Furry Friends website (https://best-furryfriends.com), including its e-commerce service, (the “Site”) or through third-party websites or online services regarding the company’s products, but not made directly by the company, are those of their respective authors, and should not necessarily be relied upon. Such authors are solely responsible for such content. Under no circumstances will Best Furry Friends be responsible for loss or damage resulting from reliance on information or other content posted by others on the Site, on third-party websites, or otherwise made available by third parties to you.

You acknowledge that any submissions you make to the Site (i.e., user-generated content including but not limited to: comments, forum messages, text, video, audio and photographs, as well as computer code and applications) (each, a “Submission”) may be edited, removed, modified, published, transmitted, and displayed by Best Furry Friends and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you. Submissions made to the Site may also be included in our promotional or advertising communications in any form or medium we may choose.

You grant Best Furry Friends a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to the Submissions, which includes without limitation the right for Best Furry Friends or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any Submission posted by you on or to the Site or otherwise made to Best Furry Friends, including any Submission posted on or to the Site through a third party.

You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. You hereby indemnify, defend and hold harmless Best Furry Friends and all officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees (collectively, the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any and all liability and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim related to your Submissions. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of any such claim. Best Furry Friends reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

Further, Best Furry Friends takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any user content that you or any other user or third-party posts on the Site or on a third-party website or service. Best Furry Friends reserves the right but has no obligation to monitor the materials posted by you or third-parties to the Site or to limit or deny you or third-parties access to the Site or to remove your or third-party content which we deem unlawful, offensive, abusive, harmful, or malicious.

Copyright in the Site

The Site and the entire contents of the Site including, but not limited to, text, graphics, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilation or code (but excluding user generated content) (the “Site Content”) is protected under the United States and other copyright laws, is protected by other intellectual property or proprietary rights, and is the property of City-Pets.

No license, right, title, or interest in the Site or any of the Site Content is transferred to you as a result of your use of the Site or your accessing, viewing, downloading, or printing of the Site Content. While you may download or copy the Site Content for personal use only (provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained therein), you may not otherwise reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Site Content or the Site. The Site and the Site Content may be used only as a personal shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Site and the Site Content (except as noted above) is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, trade names, all other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, and scripts, and trade dress related to the products and associated product lines, including the branding of the Site are trademarks or registered trademarks of City-Pets. All other marks are the property of their respective owners.

Best Furry Friends will not be responsible for any failure of the Site due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to labor disputes, strikes, lockouts, shortages of or inability to obtain labor, energy, raw materials or supplies, war, riot, pandemics, acts of God or governmental action.
